The Taman Mutiara MRT station is an elevated MRT station located above Jalan Cheras between neighbourhoods of Taman Mutiara Barat to the west of the station, and Taman Segar to the east, in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

The MRT station is on the MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line and was opened on 17 July 2017 under Phase Two operations of the line.
The station is built to serve the neighbouring residential areas of Taman Mutiara Barat, Taman Mutiara Timur, Taman Segar and Taman Taynton View.

The station adopts the standard design for elevated stations of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line with the two side platform levels above a concourse level.

Location of station
The station is located above Jalan Cheras between neighbourhoods of Taman Mutiara Barat to the west of the station, and Taman Segar to the east, in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

The station is located near the Cheras Leisure Mall and the Eko Cheras mall which in currently under development.


The station has two entrances – Entrance A on the Taman Mutiara side of the station, and Entrance B on the Taman Segar side of the station.
The entrance A is located at east side of Jalan Mutiara Raya. It accommodates access to the Taman Mutiara Barat.

There is also a pedestrian walkway that connects the MRT station to the the EkoCheras shopping mall and EkoCheras development.

The entrance B is located at west side of Jalan Mutiara Timur; Pedestrian link to Cheras Leisure Mall.
It accommodates access to Taman Mutiara Timur, Taman Segar, Cheras Leisure Mall, DBKL Multi-Storey Carpark, and Cheras Plaza.

The MRT station is connected to the Cheras Leisure Mall through the entrance B.
