The following picture shows the layout plan of the KL Sentral Transportation Hub. Please observe that the departure areas for KLIA Transit and KLIA Ekspres are allocated at different areas at the KL Sentral.
The ticket counters for the ERL trains are located on Level 1 of the Transit Concourse at KL Sentral.
The first KLIA Transit train from this ERL station starts at 4:33am and the KLIA Ekspres starts at 5:00am.
The journey time to klia2 terminal is 39 minutes for the KLIA Transit train and 33 minutes for KLIA Ekspres.
Upon exiting from the Nu Sentral shopping mall and coming down from the escalators, you will notice the ticketing counters for the KLIA Transit service on the right side.
The ticketing counters for KLIA Transit are located at Level 1 of KL Sentral just beside the entrance to Nu Sentral shopping mall.
For KLIA Ekspres, the path to the ticket counter and entrance to the boarding platform is located on the left side.

The ticketing counter and boarding platform for the KLIA Ekspres train are located at the left wing of Level 1 in Transit Concourse.
The Arrival hall is located at the right wing near the taxi ticketing counter.
After exiting from Nu Sentral shopping mall, the walkway to the ticketing counter for the KLIA Ekspres is located on the left side.
Just follow the walkway and it will lead you to the ticketing counter area and the entrance to the boarding platform.
The KLIA Ekspres train provides a non-stop express train service from the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located within the KL Sentral Transportation Hub in Kuala Lumpur to KLIA / klia2 ERL station.

The first KLIA Ekspres train from the klia2 / KLIA starts at 4:55am and reaches the KL Sentral ERL station at 5:28am.
