Upon exiting from the Nu Sentral shopping mall and coming down from the escalators, you will notice the ticketing counters for the KLIA Transit service on the right side.
The ticket counters for the ERL trains are located on Level 1 of the Transit Concourse at KL Sentral.
The ticketing counters for KLIA Transit are located at Level 1 of KL Sentral just beside the entrance to Nu Sentral shopping mall.
For KLIA Ekspres, the path to the ticket counter and entrance to the boarding platform is located on the left side.
The Commuters will buy the ticket at the ticket counter or the ticket machine then take the escalator down to ground level to board the ERL train.

After exiting from Nu Sentral shopping mall, the walkway to the ticketing counter for the KLIA Ekspres is located on the left side.
Just follow the walkway and it will lead you to the ticketing counter area and the entrance to the boarding platform.
The KLIA Ekspres train provides a non-stop express train service from the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located within the KL Sentral Transportation Hub in Kuala Lumpur to KLIA / klia2 ERL station.
