Welcome to KLIA2! Regardless you are on Domestic Arrivals, International Arrivals or Flight Transfer, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip to Malaysia.

Following are some short guides specifically prepared to get you familiar with the arrival process at the KLIA2 airport, hope you find them useful.


The Arrival Hall is located at Level 2 of KLIA2's Main Terminal Building. The Departure Hall is located at Level 3 of the same building, check out the Departure Process from KLIA2 airport.


Domestic Arrivals: Passenger Flow from Pier J / Pier K

For Domestic Arrivals, your flight will be landed at Domestic Gates (Pier J / Pier K). Pass through the Immigrations check, then proceed to Baggage Reclaim area to collect your luggage if any. After clearing the customs check, you will then be walking out to the Arrival Hall that is located on Level 2 of the Main Terminal Building.

Domestic Arrivals

For Domestic Arrivals, you will be landed at Domestic Gates (Pier J / Pier K). Proceed to Baggage Reclaim area to collect your luggage. If you have to check-in next flight, go to Departure Hall on Level 3. For transportation to city, check out KLIA Ekspres, taxis, and bus services.

International Arrivals: Passenger Flow from Pier L / Pier P / Pier Q

For International Arrivals, you will be landed at International Gates (Pier L / Pier P / Pier Q). Follow the signboard to go to Immigrations counters for document check, then go to Baggage Reclaim area to collect your luggage, and exit after the Customs check.

International Arrivals: Passenger Flow from Pier L / Pier P / Pier Q

If your flight landed at Pier P or Pier Q, be prepared for a long walk. After exiting from your flight, you will walk to the Satellite Building, cross the 600m long Skybridge, go down to Immigration counters and collect your luggage after clearance.

International Arrivals

For International Arrivals, you will be landed at International Gates (Pier L / Pier P / Pier Q). Proceed to Immigrations counters for document check, then go to Baggage Reclaim area to collect your luggage, and exit after the Customs check. If you have to check-in the next flight, go to Departure Hall on Level 3. For transportation to city, check out KLIA Ekspres, taxis, and bus services.

Transfer Process: Passenger Flow for Connecting via KLIA2

If you have scheduled a flight transfer at the KLIA2, proceed to the International Transfer area to wait your next connecting flight. If you have not been issued a boarding pass for the transfer flight, proceed to the Transfer Desks located nearest to your departure gate.

Transfer Process - Check boarding gates

If you have scheduled a flight transfer at the KLIA2, do check your flight number at the Flight Information Display monitors to confirm the departure gate and time of your next connecting flight.
If you have not been issued a boarding pass for the transfer flight, proceed to the Transfer Desks located nearest to your departure gates to collect the boarding pass:

Shops & Services at Arrival Hall

The Arrival Hall is located at Level 2 of Sector 2 at the KLIA2. The entire Sector 2 is allocated for the KLIA2 Main Terminal Building in which Level 2 is the Arrival Hall and the Level 3 is the Departure Hall.
