Three food venues operated by HMSHost subsidiary Dewina Host Malaysia have been named among the top 20 restaurants at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
The eateries have been named in the elite list as part of the third annual staging of Malaysia Airports’ KULinary dining “discovery” campaign.
Popeyes, Dim Sum and The Living Room were the three successful restaurants named in the countdown of the best food outlets in KLIA’s two main terminals.
Dim Sum offers a variety of fine dim sum delicacies and meals; Popeyes serves food including buttermilk biscuits and crispy fried chicken; and The Living Room offers dishes such as Nasi Lemak and fish and chips.
Dewina Host Malaysia Operations Manager Saraswathi Ragupathi said: “It’s been three consecutive years where our stores are chosen to feature in the curated collection of the extraordinary KLIA dining experiences.
“During the KULinary’s month-long campaign from 8 November to 8 December 2018, travellers can look forward to discovering our three award-winning outlets at klia2 with ‘Food Passport’ exclusive dining deals.”
The three honoured restaurants are among 15 operated by Dewina Host Malaysia. Others include three Burger King outlets, The Chicken Rice Shop and Taste of India.
Last year, KLIA was the world’s 23rd busiest airport by passenger traffic, with over 58 million travellers passing through.
