AirAsia is opening one of the world’s first low-cost carrier airport lounges, AirAsia Premium Red Lounge, tomorrow.

It will have 24-hour services, including a buffet spread, wireless Internet access, lounge area, workstations and shower facilities.
Star Online reported the AirAsia Premium Red Lounge is located on the mezzanine level of the international departure hall at klia2.
It will be complimentary for passengers opting for premium flatbed or premium flex seats. Others will be charged RM79 per person for the privilege.
The lounge can accommodate up to 110 guests at any one time.

AirAsia Bhd executive chairman Kamarudin Meranun and AirAsia X CEO Benyamin Ismail jointly unveiled the facility today, the news portal said.
The Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) Managing Director Badlisham Ghazali was present.
