The Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) is located at Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS), approximately 10 km south of Kuala Lumpur, bypassing road congestion in the KL city centre. The proximity of TBS to the Middle Ring Road 2 and Besraya Expressway gives easy access to Malaysia's expressway network.

The TBS integrates with the adjacent Bandar Tasik Selatan station (BTS) rail interchange stations, forming the TBS-BTS integrated transportation hub. It was opened for service on 1 January 2011 to be the main long distance bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur.

Originally started to be the bus terminal serving southbound buses, it has taken over the East Coast-bound bus services from Hentian Putra on December 2014, and 86% of northbound bus operations from Pudu Sentral on November 2015.
