Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd has proposed a final single-tier dividend of up to 6.35 sen per ordinary share but not less than 5.78 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2013.

In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia, the airport operator said the proposal was subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be convened.
The company also said the dividend reinvestment plan would apply to the entire dividend, which would provide shareholders with the option to reinvest the dividend into new shares. – Bernama
