JC’s take on pancakes isn’t very unique, but it is definitely done correctly.
Pancakes are not only soft and fluffy, but has a nice balance of density as well.
Stacked upon one another and topped with a scoop of earl grey ice cream with a side of syrup, finished with toasted almond flakes and shaved coconut.
It’s simple, easy to eat and absolutely delicious. Anything more would’ve overcomplicated such a dessert.
