Primrose is a 2-storey terrace house project comprising 123 units with a GDV of RM72m
PROPERTY developer Glomac Bhd has launched the latest phase of its affordable housing development, Primrose, covering 3.7ha in the Saujana KLIA township, near Sepang.
Glomac’s head of marketing and sales Kim Neoh said Primrose is a two-storey terrace house project comprising 123 units with a GDV of RM72 million.
She added that the project is expected to be completed in May 2023 and is the last two terrace-house projects offered under the township.
“The development aims to meet the needs of first-time homebuyers and young professionals, as well as investors looking for residential properties away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
“We are well aware and confident that consumers do look for-ward to affordable residential developments. I think this a perfect start-up home for a modern family, or as an investment property, as the prices offered are affordable,” she said in a virtual media briefing yesterday.
Primrose offers units with four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a built-up area ranging between 1,560 sq ft (145 sq m) and 2,288 sq ft. The land area is 20×60 sq ft.
The price starts from RM498,800 for an intermediate unit.

Neoh also noted that Primrose is a part of the 231-acre (93.48ha) Saujana KLIA (SKLIA) development, with an estimated GDV of RM1.3 billion.
“To date, Glomac has successfully developed seven residential home phases comprising 905 units of double-storey terrace houses and a neighbourhood commercial hub of 72 units of shop offices with an estimated GDV of RM560 million.
“Glomac will continue to have more residential developments in the future to further meet market demand,’’ she added.
Primrose buyers have the opportunity to enjoy rebates from the Home Ownership Campaign 2.0, which is still ongoing and is expected to end soon.
The residents of the township will also enjoy the clubhouse facilities which are currently in the design planning stage and are expected to be completed within a year or two.
First developed in 2015, SKLIA is planned as a suburban mixed residential development with various types of affordable landed properties such as double-storey terrace houses, bungalows, shop offices, apartments and townhouses, and are under Rumah Selangorku.
SKLIA is strategically located close to facilities such as educational institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial centres, public transportation hub, strategic logistics hub and leisure areas.
It can be accessed via major high- ways namely KESAS Highway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, Maju Expressway, ELITE Highway, KLIA Expressway and North-South Expressway.
The completed phases of SKLIA thus far include Alcea, Camellia, Thistle, Heather and Azalea.
Future developments in the township include strata apartments, detached homes, townhouses, shop offices and a commercial centre.
Alcea and Camellia were among the last developments at SKLIA, both launched in May 2016 and were sold out within weeks of launch.
According to Glomac, its strength in developing affordable landed residential properties has been reflected countless times via its similar developments in Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana in Sungai Buloh.
Landed homes in these development areas are normally taken up within weeks of launch.
