Action will be taken against those who fail to get the second Covid-19 test after completing the mandatory 14-day home quarantine.
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said there were 255 individuals who were yet to undergo the Covid-19 screening test.

“Maybe they are unaware that on day 13 they need to go to the nearest clinic to get the second screening test. I urge those who have yet to get themselves tested to do so.
“The police and Health Ministry are monitoring them and the authorities know their whereabouts.
“If they still disobey the order, the police will search for them. They can be compounded for RM1,000, jailed for a maximum of 2 years or both. Do not wait till you are caught and taken to court,” he told a press conference here today.
He also said from June 10 till July 13, a total 17, 689 individuals returned to Malaysia through the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
From the total, the Senior Defence Minister said, 17,616 people have been ordered to undergo the mandatory home quarantine and 73 individuals have been sent to hospital.
Ismail Sabri said as of Monday, a total 536 Malaysians have returned to the country through the KLIA and klia2 from Pakistan, Indonesia, Qatar, Singapore, Japan, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Belgium, India and China.
“Some 535 people have been told to undergo the home quarantine, while one person has been sent to the hospital,” he said.
Meanwhile, on the sanitation operations, he said nine operations which included nine zones in four states were carried out.
He said the operation was conducted in Sabah (six operations), Perak, Terengganu and Putrajaya (four operations).
