The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has comprehensive list of services and facilities designed to make your trip to our airport an enjoyable and memorable one.
Alternatively, you can always take advantage of the internet kiosks, located in the Satellite Building. With them, with free access to the web.
The KLIA has trolleys, located at key areas throughout the airport. There are the luggage trolleys for checking in, as well as hand luggage trolleys after you have checked in your luggage.
And for those with young children, there's always the children's play area, located in the Main Terminal Building and the Contact Pier, perfect for occupying your children's time while waiting for your flight.

You can find the ATMs at Departures, Arrivals and the Contact Pier of the Main Terminal Building, and in the Satellite Building.
At the KLIA, you can get what you need to keep your baggage protected. You can get a disposable strap around your baggage, keeping it secure. Baggage strapping is operated by Super Strap Enterprise and is available at the Departure Hall of the Main Terminal Building.
In addition, there are two excess baggage stations in the Departure Hall of the Main Terminal Building. One is operated by Malaysia Airlines, the other by ABDA Airfrieght Sdn. Bhd. Both counters are open 24/7.
KLIA has free WiFi available at most seating and public areas in the passenger terminals so you can always stay connected. There's no registration needed to use the WiFi. Please note that you can only stay on the WiFi for three hours at a time.
The Baby Care rooms at the KLIA are perfectly equipped to help you take care of your precious little tots. The rooms are equipped with a baby bed, a chair and a wash-basin.
The Baby Care rooms are located at in the Main Terminal Building, both Contact Piers and in the Satellite Building.
The KLIA has eight foreign exchange counters, all of which accept major currencies. Our counters are operated by Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Bank Islam and the Kuwait House of Finance.

CIMB Bank at KLIA offers full-fledged bank services and products to both local and international travellers. Operating 7 days a week from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm, the branch is equipped to handle all types of financial transactions including simple current and savings account transactions, currency exchange, loan applications, credit card services.
CIMB Bank is located at the Departure Level of the Main Terminal Building.
KLIA has information counters strategically located throughout the airport so that you'll always have assistance when you need it.
The KLIA information counters handle travelling enquiries, PA broadcasts to page people, the lost and found, and other services.
KLIA offers storage and lockers for passengers and visitors who wish to store luggage or other items. Operated by Talasco Dagang Sdn. Bhd., storage is charged based per luggage size or per 24 hours usage, as lockers are rented for 24 hours.
Open 24 hours a day, the Malaysia Visitor's Centre is the place to find out how to make your stay in Malaysia more enjoyable.
Managed by Tourism Malaysia and supported by Malaysia Airports and Malaysia Airlines, the Centre is located on the third floor of the Main Terminal Building.
Passengers and visitors can come to the centre for questions about the airport, flight information, tourist information and other information that could be of use during their stay in Malaysia.
If you're feeling unwell and require medical assistance, you can head on over to the clinic and pharmacies in KLIA.
Operated by Menara Medical Group, the clinic is located at Level 5, Departure hall, Main Terminal Building and it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year.

KLIA has a Post Office for passengers or visitors who need to send off an urgent letter or package. Operated by POS Malaysia Berhad, there are various courier services located in the Main Terminal Building.
The outlet is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
For Muslim passengers and visitors, KLIA comes equipped with prayer rooms (surau) that are available at all levels of the Main Terminal Building, in the Contact Pier and Satellite Building.
There is also a Silent Room, which is especially dedicated for those looking for a quiet place for prayers or meditation.
While smoking is not permitted in the airport, there are designated smoking areas located at the Contact Pier and the Satellite Building.
The washrooms can be found on every level of the Main Terminal Building, Contact Pier and Satellite Building.
There are payphones strategically located in the Main Terminal Building and the Satellite Building. You can place local and international calls from them using Malaysian coins or Time Reach payphone cards.
The airport has payphones at strategic locations on each level throughout the terminal buildings.
Alternatively, you can use the Multimedia Phone Kiosks, located in the Satellite Building. With them, you can use telephony, reload your prepaid card, pay your bills and even do online bookings!
The Multimedia Phone Kiosks also give you access to the web, as well as information about Malaysia and KLIA. It also works as an entertainment platform. Charges apply for some of the services available on the Multimedia Phone Kiosk, which can be paid using cash, coins or card.
There is also a Maxis Centre for you to enjoy services such as activating your roaming just before your journey, top-up your prepaid when you get back, and settling all your bills for peace of mind.

The KLIA is friendly to its disabled guests and those needing special assistance. All the terminals offer ramps and elevators, restrooms, telephones and numerous other facilities and services that are easily accessible.
Please inform your airline of your particular needs and check its policy if you wish to remain in your own wheelchair to the aircraft door rather than transfer to an airline wheelchair at check-in. Also, be sure to request for complimentary ground assistance and the airline's personnel will assist you and take care of your needs.
The MAS Golden Lounge, Royal Orchid Lounge, The Cathay Pacific Lounge, Silver Kris Lounge, Emirates Lounge, Dynasty Lounge, Plaza Premium Lounge, and Mines Lounge are available at the KLIA for your enjoyment.
